Dodgers Trevor Bauer allegedly punched choked another woman without consent during sex
A second woman accused Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer of choking and hitting her without her consent during sex, according to court documents.
The star is already under investigation for an alleged sexual assault in California. Bauer, who has denied the allegations, has not been charged in the case.
It has since emerged that another woman, from Ohio, sought a temporary order of protection against the star in June 2020, according to court records obtained by The Washington Post.
Bauer allegedly punched and choked a woman against her wishes when they were having sex. She also claimed that he sent her death threats via text messages, with Bauer allegedly saying he doesnât âfeel like spending time in jail for killing someone.â
âAnd thatâs what would happen if I saw you again,â Bauer allegedly wrote, prompting the woman to seek the protective order in June 2020.

The order claims that the Bauer and the woman dated between 2016 and 2019, and that Bauer began threatening her the following year.
Bauerâs agents blast latest allegations as: âNothing short of extortionâStatement from Jon Fetterolf and Rachel Luba, Mr. Bauerâs Co-Agents:
Mr. Bauer had an on-and-off wholly consensual relationship with the woman from 2016-2019. Despite multiple requests by Mr. Bauer to cease all contact and end their causal relationship after he left Cleveland, the woman persisted in proactively contacting Mr. Bauer in an attempt to continue a relationship.
When he refused, she resorted to threats and filed a bogus protection petition as a ruse to demand millions of dollars.
Upon leaving Cleveland in summer 2019, Mr. Bauer told the woman that he did not wish to see her any longer. She then proceeded to contact him hundreds of times, attempted an unsolicited visit to his new residence in another city, and contacted a third party to share personal details about him in an evident attempt to harm him.
Even though Mr. Bauer had not had any physical contact with the woman in over a year, and all communications between the two since his leaving Cleveland were initiated by her, the woman and her former counsel perpetrated a fraud on the courts in filing for a protection order as a means to threaten and attempt to extort money from Mr. Bauer, demanding $3.4 million for her to âremain silentâ.
When Mr. Bauer, through counsel, refused her demands, and informed her that her conduct was nothing short of extortion, the woman withdrew her protection petition and found new counsel â" her then-employer â" and threatened a lawsuit.
Mr. Bauerâs counsel informed her new attorney of the womanâs pattern of behavior, extortion attempt, abuse of process, and civil conspiracy, and reiterated he would not pay any money to resolve any issue. Neither Mr. Bauer nor his representatives heard from this individual or her counsel again.

According to a police report obtained by the Post, the woman attempted to show police photographs of injuries caused by Bauer in 2017, but she was instead arrested for underaged drinking.
Timothy Hess, the Cleveland lawyer who represented the woman, claimed that Bauer continued to threaten the woman, texting her that he would share videos of them having sex with family members.
In one message, Bauer is alleged to have written: âIâd really hate for him to see a video of you getting f**ked.â
A protection order was issued by a judge in Cuyahoga County, but the woman dismissed it six weeks later after Bauerâs attorneys allegedly threatened legal action.
The woman drafted a civil suit against Bauer but never filed it, the post reports.
Bauer hit back at the Post report in a Twitter statement on Saturday, calling the allegations a âfalse narrativeâ.
He posted: âDespite my representatives providing a wealth of contradictory evidence, documents, statements, and background information showing the pattern of disturbing behavior by this woman and her attorneys, The Washington Post opted to ignore much of this information and to run a salacious story disseminating defamatory statements, false information, and baseless allegations from a woman who has not only harassed and physically assaulted me but who also attempted to extort me for millions of dollars last year in exchange for her not coming forward with false claims.
âThis is a continuation by the woman and her attorneys to make good on their threats to harm me by perpetrating a false narrative. This has been a game to her from the beginning but my life is not a game and I wonât stand by idly and allow this conduct to continue.â
His co-agents also issued a statement which claimed that the woman had demanding $3.4 million for her to âremain silentâ.
The latest allegations come after a woman, known only as Ms. Hill, claims Bauer punched her repeatedly, chocked her until she was unconscious and sodomized her without her consent during sex.
The woman, known only as Ms. Hill, claims she consented to having sex with Bauer on two occasions but, during the encounters, he allegedly punched her repeatedly, choked her unconscious and sodomized her without her consent.
The alleged victim filed and was granted a temporary restraining order against Bauer in late June and he was placed on paid leave from the Dodgers.
Bauer denies the allegations, claiming the woman willingly participated in rough sex which was âwholly consensual.â

In a statement from his defense, Bauer denies harming the Ohio woman
The Pasadena Police Department has launched a criminal investigation into the allegations.
Bauer has not been arrested or charged with any crime in the case, but is on leave from the MLB.
âMLB takes these and all allegations very seriously,â a league spokesperson said in a statement. The spokesperson did not comment further, citing the ongoing Bauer investigation.
Bauerâs accuser, identified as Ms. Hill, released these photos of scratches and bruising on her face and lips as she accuse Bauer of sexual assault and abuse
The woman, known only as Ms. Hill, claims she consented to having sex with Bauer on two occasions but, during the encounters, he allegedly punched her repeatedly, choked her unconscious and sodomized her without her consent.
Bauerâs attorneys filed the motion to dismiss the domestic violence restraining order ahead of a hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court hearing Monday where the two sides will argue whether the order should remain in effect.
The hearing, which is expected to last several days, has already been pushed back several times.
Attorneys for Bauer and the woman said during a court session last month they intend to call several witnesses, including Bauer himself.
According to the original restraining order filing, the woman claims she had sexual encounters with Bauer in April and May and that both episodes turned violent.
She specifically alleged that Bauer punched her in the face, vagina, and buttocks, and strangled her with her own hair until she lost consciousness.
Hill was later hospitalized for her injuries.
During one encounter, Hill claims she passed out and found Bauer sodomizing her when she regained consciousness.
âI agreed to have consensual sex; however, I did not agree or consent to what he did next,â Hill said in her filing. âI did not agree to be sexually assaulted.â
Hill shared pictures of her injuries with her cousin over text messages
Hill described their encounters as âconsensualâ but said Bauer âtook it too farâ by leaving her with black eyes, according to text messages released by his attorneys on Tuesday
Hill said she was bleeding and struggling to walk after non-consensual anal sex, but added: âIn my state at that time, I did not think Trevor was a threat to do anything against my will for the remainder of the night.â
The following day, Hill said, Bauer asked Hill jokingly if she was âfeeling a little sore this morning?â
Hill said she told him that she didnât enjoy it and said he seemed to understand.
Bauer continued to communicate with Hill over text messages and social media for the next three weeks, discussing baseball and her new job.
Some of the conversations were of âa sexual nature.â
When the pair met again, Hill said they agreed on a safe word which she says Bauer ignored, choking her until she lost consciousness.
When she awoke, he was punching her in the face, she claimed.
âThis was the first punch I felt but it is very possible that Trevor had already been punching and scratching the right side of my face while I was unconscious,â she said.
âTrevor then punched me hard with a closed fist to the left side of my jaw, the left side of my head, and both cheekbones. I remember this vividly and it was extremely startling and painful.â
Previous messages released in court filings reveal Hill telling her cousin that her face was âf***ed upâ
When she returned from Pasadena to San Diego the following day, Hill experienced severe headaches and began vomiting.
After speaking with friends, she checked herself into a local emergency room where she told medical staff what happened to her.
After going to the hospital, Hill spoke to multiple San Diego Police Department detectives but said she downplayed the alleged incident as ârough sexâ and did not reveal Bauerâs name.
âI was afraid what Trevor would do if he found out,â Hill said in the restraining order request. âI remain afraid that Trevor will find me and hurt me for going to the hospital.â
Bauer, 30, won the National League Cy Young Award as a member of the Cincinnati Reds last April. He is now on paid leave following the allegations
Bauerâs attorneys claim in a court filing Tuesday that the photos âappear to be edited or filtered in a manner to give a misleading or false impression of her injuriesâ (above)
Bauer was first placed on seven daysâ paid leave on July 2 under the joint domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse policy adopted by MLB and the playersâ union in 2015.
Since then, the leave has been extended four times, most recently through August 13, and is likely to be extended again as the investigations continue.
The California-born Bauer ranks among baseballâs best pitchers and won the National League Cy Young award last season as a member of the Cincinnati Reds. He last pitched on Monday, yielding two runs over six innings in a win over the San Francisco Giants.
He celebrated his impressive 2020 season by inking a three-year, $102 million contract with the Dodgers before the 2021 campaign.
Prior to his successful one-year stint with Cincinnati, Bauer pitched for the Cleveland Indians and Arizona Diamondbacks. He also played collegiately at UCLA where he set a single-season Pac-12 strikeout record.
